  Day 02: Lake Mburo – Bwindi (B, L, D)

Meet our friendly guide from your hotel ready to bird at the Uganda Wildlife Education centre. In the afternoon visit the Entebbe Botanical Gardens established in 1898.
The key species to look out for are the African fish eagle, Eastern Grey- Plantain Eater, Orange-Tufted and Red- Chested Sun birds, Orange Weaver, Black- Tailed Godwit, Slender billed weaver, Brown Throated Weaver, Jacksons Golden- backed Weaver, yellow backed weaver, Grey headed gull, Long- tailed Cormorant, common squollo heron, Yellow billed duck, Kingfishers, Swamp fly catcher. Broad billed roller, Black and white Casqued hornbill, Splendid Starling, Black headed Gonelek Ross’s Turaco, Pied Hornbill and many other species.
Dinner and overnight at, Fairway hotel.

Day 2: Mabamba Swamp

Today we drive to Mabamba in search for the wetland birds including the white winged Warbler, Carruthers Cisticola,   Papyrus Gonolek, with the search going on for the Blue breasted Bee- eater, Herons, Swamp Fly catcher, Egrets, Ducks, Plovers, Gulls, Malachite, Pied Kingfisher Not withstanding the Rare Shoe bill.
After lunch, drive for 4 hours to Lake Mburo National park.
Dinner and overnight at Mantana Tented Camp.

Day 3: Lake Mburo National Park

Have an early breakfast, and then we take the Lake side track in search for aquatic birds and after take on the Kigambira track searching for the savannah and Acacia woodland species. After lunch, go for a boat trip still searching for the papyrus species. The key birds to look out for today include the blue-napped mouse bird, spot flanked Barbet, Nubian wood pecker, Brown chested plover, Southern ground hornbill, Red tailed and Black collared Barbets, White winged Warbler, Papyrus Gonolek, Yellow-billed Ox pecker, Papyrus Yellow Warbler, Caruthers Cisticola and of course many others.

Day 4: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Early morning, we set off on a nature walk in search for other savannah  wetland species. You will also encounter many mammals like the Impalas Elands, which are found abundantly in this park. After lunch we drive to Queen Elizabeth national park where we will unwind ourselves and enjoy the African sunset

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Have an early start for the day. Take the Kasenyi route, where we will be treated to stunning views of both birds and mammals. On the open grass lands, expect to see White and Abdims Storks, Raptors, Brown Snake Eagle, Whalbergs Eagle, Bateleur, African Harrier Hawk, Marsha Eagle and Grey Kestrel.
After lunch embark on a boat trip on the Kazinga channel between Lake George and Lake Edward. Enjoy hundreds of Hippos Elephants and big concentrations of water birds like the Paleartic Waders, Herons, Storks, and Water Thick- knee, Kingfishers, Terns, Ducks, Geese, Cormorants, Ibises and Pelicans.
Dinner and over night at Mweya safari lodge, Hippo hill camp, hostel

Day 6: Masindi

Today we drive northwards with a stop over at Kikorongo and the shoe bill swamp on our way to Masindi for an overnight at Masindi

Day 7: Budongo Forest

Very early in the morning we embark on Budongo's Royal mile in Budongo forest. This is the best place tin Uganda to se the Nahan's Francolin, Cassins Spine Tail and Chestnut- Capped Fly catcher, the Chocolate-backed and African Dwarf Kingfisher, horn Bills, Western Black Headed Oriola, Spotted Xavier’s, White Throated and Honey Guide Greenbuls.
Return to Masindi Hotel/ Court View for dinner and over night.

Day 8: Kaniyo-pabidi to Murchison Falls National Park

Drive to Kaniyo- pabidi here we stop and look for bird species like Lowland Alakats, Puvels Akalats, Sabines Spinetails, Piping Horn bill, Black capped Apalis and Chestnut wattle eyes. After lunch, we drive through the northern sector to Murchison’s falls National Park.
Dinner and overnight at Nile Safari Lodge/ Sambiya River Lodge/ Red chilli.

Day 9-11: Murchison Falls National Park

We shall take 3 days exploring this park in search for the Black- headed Batis, Buff- Bellied warbler, Black- Headed Gonolek, the silver bird and the local White- rumped seed eater.
We shall also visit the northern side of Victoria Nile, where we shall encounter Stanley’s Bustard and Abyssinian Ground Horn Bill.
In the riverine thickets, we search for the white- crested Turaco, Double- toothed Barbet, Houglins Francolin and very many others.
A boat trip to the base of the majestic Murchison Falls says it all with the variety of water birds like the red-throated Bee-eaters, Rock pranticoles. We shall have yet another chance of seeing the rare Shoe Bill stork..

  Day 12: Kampala – Jinja (B, L, D)

After breakfast, we drive to the majestic top of the falls and marvel at  how Uganda is gifted by Nature.
We then drive on to Masindi for lunch and proceed to Kampala reaching there early evening.
